 Our corporate headquarters are located in Eden Prairie Minnesota.

 MTS is incorporated in Minnesota.

 We first went public in September 1966.

 The end of our fiscal year is the Saturday closest to September 30th.

 MTS's stock symbol is MTSC and is traded on the Nasdaq Global Market.

 As of November 30, 2015 there were 14,835,161 share of Common Stock outstanding.

7.Does MTS pay dividends?
 Yes, MTS has paid a quarterly dividend for 40 years. The current quarterly dividend is $0.30 per share and currently yields approximately 2%.

8.Does MTS have a dividend reinvestment plan and how can I participate?
 Yes we do have a dividend reinvestment plan. Under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, a shareowner can invest MTS Systems Corporation stock dividends and make periodic voluntary cash investments for the purchase of additional shares of MTS stock.
