(developer and manufacturer of fluid power and electronic components and systems for mobile equipment applications) from 2008 until June 2009; President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sauer-Danfoss Inc. from 2002 until he retired in January 2009; held various senior management positions with Sauer-Danfoss Inc. from 1984 to 2008; prior to 1984, held various positions in sales, marketing and applications engineering within several manufacturing and distribution businesses.

President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of C&D Technologies, Inc., from July 2005 to May 2012. C&D Technologies is a leading global manufacturer of energy storage systems. From July, 2001 to January, 2005, Dr. Graves was employed at Kemet Electronics Corporation, a manufacturer of high performance capacitor solutions, where he last held the position of Chief Executive Officer. From 1995 to 2001, Dr. Graves held a number of key leadership positions with General Electric Company's Power Systems Division and Corporate Research & Development Center. Prior to working for GE, Dr. Graves held various positions of increasing responsibility at Rockwell International Corporation and Howmet Corporation. Dr. Graves also serves as a Director of Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX) and Hexcel Corporation (NYSE: HXL). Dr. Graves holds a Bachelors Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Purdue University, and Masters Degree and PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Martinez held other leadership roles within AAR Corporation, including Group Vice President, Government and Defense Services, and Senior Vice President, Government and Defense Programs. Before joining AAR in 2009, Mr. Martinez was the Chief Executive Officer at World Air Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ). As a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Mr. Martinez served with distinction in the U.S. Air Force for over 21 years, holding a wide variety of leadership roles, including both line command and senior staff positions.

      Mr. Martinez currently serves on the Board of the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA), serving as Chair for the Aviation Sector.

Before joining Pentair, Mr. Schrock held numerous senior leadership roles in both the US and Europe at Honeywell International Inc. Mr. Schrock is currently on the boards of Plexus Corporation, Berlin Packaging, and The National MS Society, as well as serving on the Board of Governors of the St. Thomas School of Engineering.
